Canada Day Boat Parade - Sunday, July 1, 2007

Starts in Trails End Bay @ 11:00 AM

Let's see if we can bring out more than the record 27 craft that participated last year. This is always a fun event - enjoyed by all those participating, as well as all the landlubbers who only wave from the shore.

Boaters - Please refrain from throwing water ballons and shooting water guns. Be sure to maintain slow speeds and a steady course - for the safety of all "on parade".



Annual General Meeting and BBQ - Saturday, July 7, 2007

Starts @ 10:00 AM at Trail's End, (rain date - Sunday July 8)

Come out and meet your volunteer Directors. Several informative presentations are lined up. Pick up your Skootamatta clothing order and stay to enjoy a chat and the BBQ afterward.



Pot Luck Supper - Saturday, August 11, 2007

Start Time TBA - at the Nowell's - 1191 Huges Landing Road

Ron just can't get enough of us ;-). Pot Luck at the Nowells' is now a lake tradition. This event continues to grow. Those who come once keep coming back. It's a great way to meet others on the lake. BYOB, chairs, kids, guests ... the whole works - including your favorite food dish(es) and be prepared to enjoy a wonderful evening.



Fireworks - Saturday, September 1, 2007

Starts @ dusk at the causeway on the Hughes Landing Road, (rain date - Sunday Sept 2)

With last year's show completely rained out, this year promises to be a super 'double-feature' event.

Please be sure to include your fireworks payment with your SDRA dues.
