The schedule for the day is as follows: 
9:00 am – 9:15 am Set up
9:15 am 5 KM registration only
9:30 am 5 KM run
10:00 am – 11:15 am Event registration 
10:00 am – 11:30 am * Children fun games and bouncer
10:00 am – 11:30 am Youth Ladder Golf tournament
11:30 am – 2:00 pm Swim and Kayak races
11:30 pm – 2:00 pm Barbecue lunch

* After 11:30 am, volunteers will be relieved and the games will be parent-run for those who come late. The bouncer will continue to be supervised and the craft materials available. This is to allow the volunteers the opportunity to participate in the races and to cheer on their children.

Note that the adult ladder golf competition will occur at the Potluck on August 17th!
