This Easter long weekend, it’s important to remain diligent to prevent the spread of COVID-19. By doing so you’re protecting your family, your loved ones, and our community.
This weekend, DO NOT travel, and DO NOT invite families and friends to visit, regardless of whether they live somewhere local or are from out of town. Cancel ALL group gatherings with people outside of your household.
As difficult as this may seem, these are necessary actions.
There are ways to stay connected. Establish routine check-ins with loved ones by phone or computer. Video chats are the next best thing to being there. When outside, practice physical distancing by keeping no less than two metres apart from others.
Remember that we’re all in this together. Let’s do everything we can to flatten the curve.
