I hold a deep connection to Skootamatta that dates back to my grandmother, who purchased what was then a small hunting cabin on the lake near Jacques Bay in 1961.  This cherished cottage has served as the heart of my family, and a cherished gathering place fostering countless treasured moments.  Residing in Cambridge, Ontario, I frequently journey to the cottage, where my husband, two children, and extended family continue to create new memories and preserve traditions for the next generation.

Motivated by my love for the lake and its surroundings, I became an active member of the board in 2021.  I look forward to enhancing the lake’s stewardship, and helping to preserve Skootamatta’s beauty and tranquility for the enjoyment of future generations.
